Yes, it is true. mom's boyfriend won tickets yesterday to possibly the greatest, and most expensive, show in atlanta of the year. whats so bad about it is she's heard slipknots music, is familiar with the band, but doesn't really like them. she likes stone sour, but thats a more mellow sound anyway. but she decided to go for the experience. lucky bastard. yes, i am very jealous. she did promise to bring me back something from the show tho. the floor tickets they won are selling for about $280, so they lucked up with those.

i'm sure not alot of people don't really know this, hell i just found out myself, but my beloved friend, the person that got me hooked on da, heather, aka on da as -failurebydesign passed away 2 years ago. i've been wondering why she hasn't signed on in so long, i've sent her a few messages and waited for a reply that will never come to me, at least not one that i will hear. very misfortunate accident while she was on campus in charlotte, fell 10 stories out of her school housing window. my heart goes out to her family and all the close friends she made while she was in school. i've been trying to write her a little poem but everytime i think of the words to say, nothing comes to mind, im just speechless. in the meantime, i can do this, as my tribute to heather marie brink, knowing you're in a better place, but will be deeply missed by all who has been touched by you, a dozen roses to you're blessed soul
